I Tried CBD for my Endometriosis Pain

It was another night laying awake in bed, holding my heating pad close and feeling defeated by pain. I was mad, I felt weak, I felt nauseous and disappointed that the Motrin I took earlier to try to avoid this wasn't even making a dent in my pain.

Flash forward to that morning, I went for a walk in town and stumbled into a smoke shop/one of those random stores that sells cheaply made dildos and lube but also bongs and knives. You know the ones I'm talking about. The ones where you have to be 18 to go to the second floor. They sell tapestries and drug rugs on the first floor. Those ones.

Anyway, I'm on the second floor and this row of what looks like vape pens and vape liquid catches my eye. I snicker to myself. People who vape are weird. The mousy looking, 40-something guy behind the counter looks up from his sandwich and asks me with a full mouth, ''you looking for anything?" I respond, crampy and overtired, "not unless you have the cure for chronic pain." The man's eyes light up.

He starts telling me how these bottles of amber liquid make his arthritis disappear. Just for long enough so he can go to sleep without pain. How one drop can just 'wash away' any pain he has. How they're a godsend. How they changed his life.

I forked over the money and thought, with a glimmer of hope in my heart, that this would help me, at least a little.

So that night, I took some of the CBD before bed. I put a few drops on my tongue, and holy. freaking. moly.

It felt like my organs had all been arm wrestling with each other and then all of a sudden they stopped. It felt like a wave of white light had blasted my whole body with pain-relieving power. I couldn't believe it. The weirdest part was, I wasn't high at all! It was pure pain relief.

I would recommend CBD to everyone who struggles with chronic pain, and I can't wait to try more products (I googled around and there's CBD bath bombs, CBD infused chocolate, even topical CBD lubricant? Whaaat? I'm so excited.)
