I Tried Magical Pads that use Microtechnology to Reduce Cramps

First of all, shoutout to the awesome company, NannoPads, for sending me a complimentary box of their pantyliners and pads, and for collaborating with me on this.

So, I have nightmarish periods, as most of you should know by now. I'm always looking for new ways to reduce pain. NannoPads claims to use 'nannogenic' technology in their pads to possible reduce menstrual discomfort. I wanted to try these pads, because I was genuinely curious what the nannogenic technology was. After close reading, I discovered that there are no herbal medicines in the pad, no drugs at all, and the nannogenic technology lies in the absorbent material of the pad. But the website, and the box of pads, didn't actually specifically tell me what the technology was. I thought about emailing the company to ask, but I figured I'd just try them and see what happened.

So I did, on a day when I had severe pain but a fairly light flow. The first thing I noticed was that, much like my Thinx, I felt airy and dry the whole time which was awesome. The pad was breathable, light and comfortable. Did my cramps go away? No, definitely not. But I will say that externally, I was super comfortable, and the normal external irritation and inflammation that happens during my period was minimized. All in all, I plan to keep using these until I run out, and I will probably buy them again!
